Join us on this fantastic adventure down the Baja peninsula on the Sea of Cortez.
The journey on Highway 1 starts out along the beautiful Pacific Ocean coast, then turns inland through the mountains and becomes unique cactus country. The huge Cardon cacti and strange Cirio "Boojum" trees are really unique to this area and create a stunning contrast to the beautiful blue of the Sea of Cortez.

Let's get out of town and celebrate the outdoors in this beautiful desert oasis at Guadulupe Canyon Hot Springs
There is no kayaking on this trip, just a great time of hiking, Indian rock art, and hot tubbing (clothing required).
The desert is warm and sunny but not too hot Fall through Spring so it is the perfect time for exploring.
Our campsite has its own private hot tub overlooking the canyon.

Have you ever actually touched a whale? Here is the opportunity to really do it. The whales are comfortable with the Mexican fishermen so they come right up to the boats for some gentle head rubs. They really do want to communicate with us.
San Quintin Bay, Baja California

Join us in exploring this Pacific bay only five hours south of San Diego.
We will camp on the beach of the outer bay and take day paddles to explore the historic features and unique geography of this area. From pristine white sand beaches to volcanic tide pools, there is plenty of exploring to do here. We will be sharing the bay with many varieties of marine mammals, birds and fish. Sea lions and dolphins play in both the inner and outer bays.

Join us on this unique adventure to discover one of the high plateaus of Baja just a few hours south of the U.S./Mexico border.
The Sierra de Juarez mountain range is a land of cool mountain air and remote primitive camping. In the heart of this rugged region is a small mountain lake named Laguna Hanson, surrounded by tall ponderosa pines and unusual rock formations. We will leave San Diego on Saturday morning and drive down a beautiful stretch of the Pacific Coast to Ensenada. Then we head inland into the Sierra de Juarez mountains.
