Family paddles wouldn't be complete without including our 4-legged members as well.
We are happy to take you and your dogs out on the protected waters of the San Diego Bay to help them get used to riding in a kayak.
Our roomy kayaks can handle dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities.
See more information below.
Bring your 4-legged pals along for some fun and exercise on this kayak excursion across San Diego Bay.
After a brief session to get the dogs comfortable in the kayaks, and a quick paddling lesson for the humans, we will launch our kayaks to explore the Bay. After about an hour we land at the beach for a romp and playtime. After about 30 minutes of on-land fun we paddle back to our launch site.
Each session is 2 hours and is reserved just for you and your pup.
We do not do group sessions unless you have a group of friends and dogs that already know each other and get along.
We make it easy for you to join us on this paddle. We provide the kayaks, life vests and equipment plus an introductory paddling lesson. No previous kayaking or swimming experience is required.
We use stable, roomy kayaks that can accommodate any size dog. We can set up the kayaks for solo or tandem paddling. Each kayak can hold up to 500 lbs.
Bring your family and friends and come on down for an enjoyable day on the bay.
Cost is $44 per adult, $18 per child (2-14 years of age), $10 per dog. Includes kayak, life vest, paddle, introductory lesson, and instructor/guide. Call for group discounted pricing.
